01 Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and SafferWorks ("we", "us") covering your use of the mobile game Queensify (the "Game"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
02 Your license to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download and play the Game on a device you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game — including its code, art, characters (such as Beatrice), music, and trademarks. This license does not transfer any ownership to you.
03 Fair use & conduct
To keep the Game fair and working for everyone, you agree not to:
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Game, except where this restriction is prohibited by law;
- modify, "mod", hack, or create derivative versions of the Game;
- use cheats, automation, bots, exploits, or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate scores, currencies, or leaderboards;
- disrupt or place undue load on the Game's servers, or attempt to access data that isn't yours;
- resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit the Game or any in-game items.
04 Virtual items & currency
The Game includes virtual currencies (such as honey and crowns) and virtual items (such as cosmetic queen skins and cross marks). These exist only inside the Game.
- Virtual currency and items have no monetary or real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash or anything of value outside the Game.
- They are licensed to you, not sold, and are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law or by Google Play's policies.
- We may adjust, rebalance, or discontinue virtual items and currencies as we develop the Game. We may also expire unused virtual currency if your account is inactive for an extended period, where permitted by law.
- You have no ownership right in any virtual item or currency, and they do not survive termination of these Terms or the discontinuation of the Game.
05 Purchases & refunds
The Game may offer optional one-time in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing — we never receive your payment-card details. By making a purchase you also agree to Google Play's terms.
Because purchases are handled by Google, refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policies and are generally handled through your Google account. We are not able to process payments or issue refunds directly.
06 Age requirement
The Game is intended for players aged 13 and older. By using the Game you confirm that you are at least 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
07 Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game or to online features — including resetting progress, currencies, or leaderboard standings — if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, including by cheating or using unauthorized tools. Where practical and appropriate, we'll aim to act proportionately.
08 Disclaimer of warranties
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that progress will always sync or be preserved. You use the Game at your own discretion and risk.
09 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafferWorks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, virtual items, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Game. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the Game is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) for in-app purchases in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
10 Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Game evolves. When we do, we'll update the effective date above, and for material changes we'll show a notice in the Game. Continuing to play after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
11 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the courts located in Armenia will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Game, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
